Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Peachy Bargains, LLC collects when you visit peachy.bargains or contact us through the site, what we do with it, and what choices you have. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Information we collect

Form submissions. When you fill out one of our forms, we receive the fields you provide:

• Vendor application — name, business name, email, phone, what you sell, booth size, how you heard about us, and any details you share about your work
• Notify Me — email, optional phone, the location you're interested in
• Newsletter — email and the topics you want to hear about

We also store the time of submission and any campaign attribution parameters present in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid).

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and which parts of the site work. This includes a Google-issued client identifier, the referring URL, your approximate location (city level, derived from IP), browser and device type, and which events fire (page views, form interactions). We don't share this data with anyone outside Google.

Cookies and local storage. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies for the purposes above. We separately store any gclid parameter (used for Google Ads conversion attribution) in your browser's local storage for 90 days.

In-store visits. We don't collect personal information when you walk into one of our storefronts. Standard point-of-sale receipts and any payment processing happen through our in-store providers under their own terms.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, application, or signup
• To send you the updates you opted in to (and only those)
• To improve the site and what we offer
• To measure marketing performance (which channels actually bring people to the store)

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share what's needed only with the service providers that help us operate:

• Lead intake processor. Form submissions flow through our centralized lead system at builtbyliquidation.com so we can track responses and follow up. They process the data on our behalf and don't use it independently.
• Email service. We send newsletters and notifications through a transactional email provider that handles deliverability for us.
• Google Analytics. As noted above.
• Hosting and infrastructure. Standard server providers that operate the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order, lawful request).

Your choices

• Email updates — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time
• Browser controls — you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; this may affect site features
• Access or deletion — email us and we'll respond to reasonable requests to access or delete the personal information we hold about you

Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as the conversation or business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google's GA4 defaults.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the last change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
