These terms govern your use of peachy.bargains (the "site") and any form you submit through it. The site is operated by Peachy Bargains, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What this site is

peachy.bargains is an informational site for Peachy Bargains, LLC and our three Georgia storefronts. The descriptions of our stores, hours, products, and vendor program are general — they describe how we typically operate, not a guaranteed contract.

In-store sales

Pricing, selection, and availability change constantly. The site is not a price list and isn't a promise of stock. What's on the shelf at any given time is what we have. All in-store sales are governed by our point-of-sale signage and any return policy posted in the store.

Vendor applications

Submitting the vendor application is a request for us to consider you. It is not an offer or a guarantee of a booth. Any actual booth rental is governed by a separate written booth license agreement. Until that agreement is signed, no booth is reserved and no obligations exist on either side.

Newsletter and Notify Me signups

By providing your email address, you authorize us to send you the type of updates you selected. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Accuracy of information you provide

If you submit a form, you agree the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on what you tell us to follow up.

Intellectual property

The site's design, copy, photography, brand marks (including "Peachy Bargains" and the peach logo), and all related content are owned by Peachy Bargains, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish material from the site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. We don't warrant that information on the site is current, accurate, or complete. Hours, pricing, and availability shown on the site may differ from in-store reality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Peachy Bargains, LLC and our owners, employees, contractors, and vendors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any in-store purchase. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites or include embedded services (maps, social share buttons, analytics). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we don't control them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the last change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spalding County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
